I have problem with spraying moving targets

I am playing at dmg -eagle. I use spray often but I can't do spray moving targets for years.I mean when the target is still but suddenly start move to left-and right my spray gets sucks.I cant recontrol my spray.Espacially close range. I need your tips. Sorry for my bad london.

Note: I am good at spraying except this situation
