help needed trying to figure out a FPS

Hey fellow gamers,

I saw a short clip of this game on game head a while ago and I have been searching and still do not know what game it is. It's a zombie FPS and you're able to take signs off the ceiling and use it as a weapon I think it might have been in a subway so maybe it takes place in NYC. Sorry for the lack of info but that's all I saw. Your help is greatly appreciated guys thanks!

The only thing I can think of that comes to mind is Condemned Criminal Origins.... the hobos look like freaky zombies, a few levels were in the subway and you can use signs....

do you know when the game came out or if it's even out?
