Help, need some low-end pc games. Which to get?

So my uncle gave me his pc and money to get him a lot of games. His pc specs are:
-Core2Duo E8500 @3.16 Ghz
-4GB Ram
-Radeon Saphire HD6450
So guys I need some pc titles, of good games. 20-30 FPS are totally fine for him. What I know he played through:
Stronghold, Stronghold Crusader, DMC, Diablo 2, Torchlight 2, COD MW 1,2,3, Singularity, Fable.
I need as much titles as possible, that are actually worth. (If possible games that came after 2005).
