hi when ever i try to play half life 2 ep 1 itgets to the loading and then shuts down the game and says unable to lock vertex in (a play that i can'tremember) i wanted to take a screen shot but when ever it comes up it restarts my computer dose any one know what i can do to stop this ?
I was having it- there's a list of programs that might cause this error. For me, it was AVG Anti-virus. Follow the link and see if that fixes it.

thanks alot i will have to see if i works but the problem is i don't know what the reasons it keeps shutting down i updated my drive and i ... don't have alot of memory
