Alcohol yes, drugs no. For one reason or another, GTA has always taken a hard line against drug use, like in Vice City, where Tommy says he doesn't touch coke or the frequent anti-drug preaching in San Andreas (there are others, but remember that scene where the hooker tries to get Carl to snort a line?). It's not quite as open as that in GTA IV (no preaching this time), but he nonetheless doesn't touch drugs.

Really? Wow...it makes me interested in playing those games and tell Jack Thompson that game stopped me from doing drugs. :P
