Greatest Video Game Evil Character Of All Time?

Hey Everyone!

Just like the title says I wanna know what you people think is the greatest evil character of all time. Or more so who would you consider for the title? Give me as many as you want as well for I am taking all names into consideration for a project of mine!

Note that I am looking for Evil Characters and not just main villains!

Also make sure you give the game the villain comes from in case it's one I might not know!

@frostbytez2862: you mean antiheroes,right,in that case,that's gotta be Shadow the Hedgehog from the same game he starred in back in 2005(the starting year of Sonic's "Nightmare Era")

@Smashbrossive50: not really "anti-heroes" in general. Talking all Evil. Any evil. Like characters that do things that make you think "wow he is one evil dickbag". Or something along those lines.

My vote will go to Nobunaga Oda of Onimusha 3 as the most evil game character of all time. Who's with me and who you got?

@frostbytez2862: in those terms...scratch that,I'm more of a platformer,seeing that the evil characters are not quite easy to identify as other genres do,someone evil,but doesn't mean it's a prime antagonist......let's see.....I have here are just a bunch of characters from Ninty's finest non-prime antagonists plus one insignificant gigaboss from FFX feared for its HP.

Arkham Knight in Batman Arkham Knight. IDK why I just love him so much :) He's just the evil version of Batman
