I am looking for a game that has good offline bot multiplayer.

@fummycloud: Quake: Champions is the best one I can recommend today for Bots. It's player-base is really expanding, easy to find matches online if you ever want to dip in that. And if you want it closer to classic Quake, it features a no Abilities Mode, I myself prefer this to the Overwatch style buffs. Both are fun with bots anyway.
Unreal Tournament games? My references are old.
Good callout. While I think the arena Quakes are better quality games. UR has more variety over the Quake series.
UTIII is not that retro but also considered by fans the worst. Unreal Tournament 2004 and UR99 are highly considered the best ones, UR have cool modes/ features like Assault and Mutator.
If you are a player that cannot look back at pre-128bit graphics it really comes down to Q:C and UTIII. If that is not a restriction? consider UR99/ and 04 as well.
@fummycloud:
Every Call of Duty is good on bots, even the new one. Also the Killzone games (all of them). Also the new Star Wars Battlefront games have offline bots too. And if you go further back, even FEAR has bots on ps3.
I loved unreal and perfect darks bot gameplay. Conkers live and reloaded was fun, I believe you can play Gears and COD offline with just bots as well.
Call of Duty Ghosts has the best bot support I've seen in many years: you can choose how many bots in each team and every mode, which weapons they have, how skilled (or randomly skilled) they are and a ton more options.
