I totally agree. It looks sicker than any game I've ever seen. If they can give friggin Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3 a 10, they can give GTA IV a 10.

I was saying ever since I read the preview/first look... "This game is gonna get a 10." But, the thing about IGN, they rate higher than GameSpot. But, the other thing about it is, I still think GameSpot is gonna rate GTA IV a 13/10.
