I recently installed windows vista on my computer. I was looking through the settings, i found game-specific graphics settings. there was a huge list of basically every PC game of all time. i was just browsing through them, saw things like supreme commander, halo 2, and then somethng caught my eye. i went back to it, and i saw GEARS OF WAR!!! geras of war on a list of PC games???
Epic already flat out said its "inevitable"....ie, its gauranteed to come, it's just a question of when.
I wouldn't really hold out, it'll probably end up like a Halo or Halo 2 in that it won't come for quite a long long time by the time it does arrive on PC it will have already been eclipsed by other games on the platform, even in the same genre.
By the time Gears of War arrives on PC it's visuals, which were a big selling point of the game, won't seem all that special anymore, especially on PC.
