Is there an online rental company out there that charges $10 or less a month that has a vast supply of games? If so let me know.

You're gonna be hard pressed to find something of quality at that price point. It just doesn't exist - emphasis on the "something of quality" part. Something is going to suffer, be it selection, availability of games, games for different platforms, etc... The bottom line is, video games are expensive. I'd be dubious about anyone offering a service at $10/mo and from what I've read about some of the services trying to it isn't coming off well. If it sounds too good to be true, it usually is.

I use Gamefly and it's paid for itself and then some. I rent different games for different consoles, they've got anything and everything I could possibly want. I can buy pre-played games at a fraction of the cost of retail and they ship them along with all the manuals and packaging (just like a new game) free. They're growing, adding new distribution centers and overall, the best option out there. To throw another cliche out there, you get what you pay for.

That said, there are plenty of ways to bring your expense down. Brightspot TV does a gamefly promo that could bring your monthly rate close to $10/mo and there are tons of coupon and promo things to look out for.

Here's a good link.
