FInal Fantasy or Kingdom Hearts?

I'm always arguing with my friend about what is better, kingdom herats or final fantasy?

In my opinion it has to be final fantasy, but i kinda liked the idea of a few of the final fantasy characters in kigdom hearts, i didnt like the disney characters though, but it's personal taste to be honest. So what ya think?

Ilove Kingdom Hearts becuz I love seeing Donald and Goofy trying to beat the crap out of Sephiroth. Besides, I prefer to have only one main character to follow instead of several.

I love Kingdom Hearts but I've never been a fan of the 3D Final Fantasy's from VII and up. The only FF games I've liked are 1-6. Everything after that sucked.

I'm not sure if the subject is worth arguing over, since the franchises are very different. The only thing they really have in common are the characters so it depends on what kind of play style you like. I really enjoyed both, but definitely Final Fantasy more because I like the stories and characters more as well as the traditional turn-based stuff instead of action. KH wasn't bad either, and I love Disney but I really didn't like having Goofy and Donald with me the entire time (and the Gummi ship parts sucked.) I'm looking forward to KH3 though, and of course all the FFXIIIs.

Both are good games, but I think FF is the better of the two. It wins simply because of how long its been going on for.

KH has a better plot and gameplay. This topic needs a poll.

I like FF. Never got into the Kingdom Hearts series, and I tried on multiple occasions.

FFX is also my favorite game of all-time, so that adds a lot.

I never played a Kingdom hearts game, because they have not ever interested me (the Disney character are just random and a turn-off to me). On the other hand, I love the FF series, so I'm obviously going to be picking FF.

Overall FF is better in areas like story and atmosphere, but KH gameplay is leagues above FF. KH is a fun game to pick up and play, but FF are fun games to watch( to say). FF turn based structure has improved, but real time is just more fun. Only a few games (Valkyria Chronicles) are best done turn based, and most would be best done real time. This is why I am so excited about FF13vs.

Final Fantasy hands down.

Without Final Fantasy and Disney, there is no Kingdom Hearts.

I can't really put in my two cents but I will any way, haha. I go with KH2. KH1 doesn't really count because even though it was fun, it was only fun once. KH2 got the real Diz characters in there that I grew up on. Not to say it could compare to FFVII that game is still talked about today. And even the KH is fun...

WHY DISNEY CHARACTERS? I say screw that! Star wars and Final Fantasy, let's watch Sephiroth take on a flippin' Sith Lord!

Kingdom Hearts because of its battle system.

If you take the Final Fantasy influence out of Kingdom Hearts, you end up with just another Disney game. I play and love Kingdom Hearts for the "Final Fantasy" part, not the Disney.

Plus, there's just so much more to do in a Final Fantasy game.
