FF names

Hey guys,

I decided to start playing all my older Final fantasy games.

So i have started 7, 8 and got a little into the story so far, and i am going to start 9,10 and 10-2 just to have a little bit for now and then after i complete 7 ill completly move onto 8, etc. Ill most likely not soley play 7 then move on but you get my drift.

Anyway thats not what i came to ask.

Everytime i ever played a ff i always kept their default names intact, this time in 9 i was thinking about combining names from other final fantasys into the names of each character in 9 :D

problem is i dont know who to call who ?

i was thinking about defonatly calling zidane cloud, cause i am a big ff7 fan boy :P lol cloud's much better than zidane though :D

so what about the other characters what do you think i should name them ? 

jeez man, what about the first six final fantasy games. those among the best in the entire series...
