Does anyone have ADD and play games?

Does anyone have ADD and play games? Ive always wondered why I get bored of a game in about 10 mins or so. I think its because of ADD. Now im trying to overcome my ADD problems in games.

How is your playing style if you have ADD?

My playing style is this. I buy a new game then play the single player for 10-20 then get bored and stop playing it. I think about how its a nice addition to my collection.

Multiplayer is different because each game is 10 mins long and different people each time. So I dont get bored of that.

i get bored of a game after a while.. i rarely finish a game so it means something have finished one or invest more than say 50+ hours

but when it is interesting i log infinte numbers of hours..

i racked up 1300 hours in guildwar factions alone (prior to nightfall arriving)

i also racked up 100+ hours in DoW2 and CSS

and i have finished single player games:

singularity, god of war, okami, hl1+ expansions

portal

hl2+ expansions

dow II + CR

TES4: oblivion

CoH3

sniper: ghost warrior

wh40k: dawn of war classic + expansions minimum twice

star wars: battlefront 2

trauma team

pokemon HG SS

carmaggeddon

shogo mad

fear

r6vegas

graw

etc...

i find that i avoid reviews and previews and look for subject matter that really fascinates me.. this gives me the stay power to hang onto a game for longer than 10 hours (which is what does happen in some cases)

I have ADD/ADHD and sometimes I find it difficult to finish a game but most of the time I just play a game for a little while and then I get bored and start something else. I tend to finish the games I buy but sometimes it takes a few days.
