Does anyone else think the Halo remaster is ugly?

The original Halo looks better. It looks more realistic, too. With the remaster, it looks so cartoony and actually kinda ugly.

I don't get why the developers of the game would want it to look ugly. That certainly isn't going to make you want to play it. The remaster has a lot more detail, but its actually pretty ugly.

Does anyone else think its ugly? By remaster, I am referring to Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary and Halo: The Master Chief Collection. I definitely prefer the original Halo look over the remaster.

The original looked like a cartoon, not sure what you're smoking.

MCC at times reminds me of a very old lady with a lot of plastic surgeries and makeup. Particularly 1 & 2.
