I usually do. But I tend to save it for a Friday afternoon and play a decent chunk on the weekends. I feel as if I can't wind down as much as I'd like to during the week.

Probably, but sometimes only get time on the train and not for my PS4 or P.C. an idle game on Tetris/ Monster Strike/ etc.
I get the most from them during days off.
And even then I'm careful with how big some games are, took me over a year to beat Divinity: Original Sin II on my first run. Requires a lot of commitment and couldn't make time for it. It's why I heavily lean towards shorter burst experiences. One side quest in D:OSII took me over two hours. . I've beaten Remake 2 in less than two hours(/_\)

Truth be told, I game way too much. I'd say somewhere between 200-500 hours because gaming has always been my passion and it's the only and I mean only hobby I have in my life! I game way more heavy on my PC the most! Follow by Nintendo Switch for portability when out of the house and PS4 is only used for exclusive gaming usage in other words, I don't play it that much nowadays.
Edit: From what I can remember in my recollection, I do remember playing for more than ten hours a day in my youth during SNES/Sega Genesis era. I have not attentively calculated the total to learn the total amount each year. Before I chose to refrain from playing completely, I have disciplined myself to play up to 2/3 hours avoid descending to bad habits.
Yeah. Almost every day. Unless I finish a game and I don't have nothing to play until buying the next one.
I usually play for at least 1-2 hours after work and house stuff is done. I do most of my gaming on the weekends, though tbh
90% of the time. Weekends are usually the time where I spent most of my playing hours
Yeah everyday for about 2-3 hours and on the weekends too so about 15 hours ish. Moderate amount and i can still get a lot else done in the week.
I really only game on my days off. I work 10 to 12 hour days and at the end of the day, I'm usually so tired I just want to watch something rather than game.
Hell yeah gaming is healthy.
I always like to think of it like I work hard right? I got free time right? so its my right...right?

That's how I've been feeling lately, and I am actually OK with that. I play too much as it is, I need to cut back and if it is because I am doing something else I enjoy that's productive, that's fine.
Need hobbies in my life that are productive or lead somewhere. I want to be one of those people that can just sit down and read for five hours. I used to be. Think I've been overstimulated by video games, my attention span is shot.
