Sometimes I'll beat them and trade them in for another. Usually I buy it them when they come out and open them when I'm done with whatever I'm playing.

I really should start buying them one at a time, but when I see a steal on ebay I just have to take advantage of it. In the past two weeks alone I've created an eleven game pile-up that isn't going to go away very quickly.

Yes, if I purchase a new game before getting the most out of the one I already have, I feel like I'm wasting my money. Plus, by the time end up beating a game and moving on, the next game I want has often already gone down in price.

Same, although I've stopped jumping to the new game I bought until I'm finished the game I'm currently playing but that doesn't stop me from buying it. Usually because I buy games I'm interested in when I find a good deal, and there's no guarantee that deal will be around for long.

i wish...unfortunately, having unfinished games doesn't stop me from picking up big games the day they come out. I mean, honestly, i couldn't imagine myself saying "nope, not gonna pick up GTA IV until i've finished Eternal Sonata!" speaking of which, i still haven't finished Eternal Sonata. *sigh*

that was always the rule at my house growing up. no new video games until you can beat the old ones. except for the occasions when a game was too hard to beat (like if my Dad couldn't get it, my mom would cave in and make an exception. I actually think it made me a better gamer though. because it meant if i wanted a new game it meant i had to find a way past the hard parts.

Yeah, I started to buy more games, some I still haven't opened! It really depends if I'm playing it for the multiplayer or I just don't feel like spending hours on an RPG. Other times, I buy new games because they are on sale! :P

I visit retail stores twice a month to see the stock. If I find a worthy deal, I just grab it - no matter I finsihed the previous game or not. In last visit I bought 'Dawn of War - Anthology' (3in1 pack of DoW, WA, DC). But I'm busy with different games right now, DoW is sitting on my self. :)

Normally I'll beat the games before getting a new one. Unless it's a must have game like RE5 or SFIV will be.

I sometimes buy more than I can handle. But I don't mind since I like them all. I always tells myself I'm going to pass these games someday. I never do though! LOL!!! But I still like them so I don't mind if they're just sitting around.

Not unless they're really easy. Otherwise, I'll get around 80% done with the game, get stuck, and then I'll go buy a different game.

I buy games whenever I see one I like and have the money... I usually just beat the main story of a game, and then it sits on my shelf for a while and then I sell it.

I don't really care. I play the games I buy for a while, buy a new one and play it and then replay old ones. If a game intrests me and I'm in the middle of another game I might wait but its kinda whatever with me.
