Did you ever pre-order a game because of the bonus?

now alot of games offer pre-order bonus's to obviously try and help sales. whether its a special gun, or armor, maps, book, cd, ect

has any pre-order bonus ever made you pre-order a game just to get it?

I partly preordered God of War 3 because i got a free game (Juiced 2). I also pre ordered it because i knew it was going to be AWESOME!

Wasn't planning on it, but I pre-ordered The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker after I heard that you'd get a free port of Ocarina of Time (and its never-before-seen 2nd quest) for doing so.

i am forced to preorder ufc 2010 due to the 4 fighters you get when you do. first game i am going to preorder in my entire life

Only if it's an in-game bonus. All that extra junk outside of the game is useless to me - including the "Bonus Content" DVD's you sometimes get. Give me an in-game advantage or cut my price I say.

Yeah, I have. I'm a sucker for soundtracks and artbooks, so I've pre-ordered games to get those goodies. I'll also pre-order games if gift credit is attached to the order.

Is it nuts that I preordered the Big Boss Bundle PSP for Metal Gear and the camo psp? I noticed that most of the time its the DS that I play games on and I guess I was craving something a little more advanced, so I went out the day after it was announced and preordered it. It was almost an impulse buy.
