Played it, it's awesome! Pretty long demo if you want to play around with the enemies and scare the crap out of them by shooting out all the lights and killing each one ninja-style! XD
The drone stuff is very good if you want to strategise when you don't have guns around.
The xbox original was one of the best games the system had and if anyone has not played it before I can't reccomend this to you enough. To this date it still has the most gruesome and satisfying hand to hand combat in any videogame ive ever played, the story is actually pretty good and the production values are really high. I cant wait to replay this and then through the new parts.
Everyone on gaf is talking about being dissappointed by the lack of a real graphical upgrade to the game, but I don't really care given that the original game has held up so well since it was first released...Almost as well as Ninja Gaiden.
This was a very pleasant surprise indeed. I tried it out and loved it. I only got the chance to play a little bit of the original on Xbox and I loved what I played there so I'm definately not going to miss the chance on this game this time around.
Good news! It appears I didn't stay up late enough last night or I would've caught it and started playing it already. As it is it will have to wait until I get home from work late tonight.
