Car Simulator wont work. properly

Hi all I have installed Car simulator 2014 on a vista x32 machine.

It doesn't run smoothly it runs in frames.I can barely click the menu options.How can I get it to stop running in frames.

I'm assuming you mean Car Mechanic Simulator 2014. When you are looking to buy a PC game, there are published minimum specifications for the PCs that will be capable of running the game well. Your computer doesn't meet those minimum specifications. You left out the video card but it's more than likely that your computer is just too slow to run that game.
