Big open world games

Hi I was just wondering if anyone could recommend games with huge worlds to explore, even if the game isn't great just huge, interesting open worlds where you can go anywhere you can see. And I don't care what platform PC, ps3 wii . Thanks

Bioshock (no wide open spaces but it's set in a big underwater city that you can roam freely)

I'll recommend some that others have mentioned: the Fallout games, The Saboteur, Just Cause 2, and Infamous.
