Best PS2 game graphically

Im interested to know what you people felt was the best PS2 game graphically.

Im most interested in titles close to release but would like to hear any opinions

I agree, God of War II looks like a Xbox Game. Havent played Okami though, I'll wait for the Wii version and see what happens.:D

I have to go with Shadow of the Colossus as well. When my brother brought it home the day he bought it: wow. I should say when I first was able to see him play it (like a month ago), it looks amazing. Even for a PS2/last generation game.

SotC, FFX, Hitman BM, MGS 3, Rogue Galaxy. God of War is silky smooth, not nice IMO! I prefer a little bit pixelled like GTA.

Gran Turismo 4 is up there, along with God of War and Tekken 5.Stinger78

someone explain how can SotC has great graphics please

its one of my favorite games but its graphics are just normal or bad. refreshing visuals doesnt mean great graphics.
