best Mario game of all time?

Which Super Mario classic do you think is the best of all time? Me, in this order

I thought Galaxy was boring and too easy and lame. C'Mon, Bee Mario? Why not Eagle Mario or something? Never played Sunshine, and have no desire. I'd put Yoshi's Island, as technically, it was Super Mario World 2, but its really a Yoshi game. It would be at 5 if I had listed it.

imo Super mario 64 cant be topped, even by the rest of the fantastic mario platformers

Well Super Mario Allstars with world was the best cause it came with them all xD 1st. Super Mario World 2nd. Super Mario Brothers 3 3rd. Mario 64Painmaster212

Mario 2 (Seeing as how this was never supposed to be a Mario game and it's average at best I almost have to place it last.  While I do like the game, I always wonder what people would think of it if it wasn't called Mario 2.  It would just be another average platform game on the Nes.  Instead it's kind of become the dark horse.)

It's hard to gauge which games are the best of all time..

Each installment brought a whole new sense of amazement and wonder to my eyes. :shock:

Mario 64 is my all time favorite game. Mario World, Bros 3, and Sunshine were all just about eually excellent. New Super Mario Bros was also fantastic. Mario Bros was simple fun back in the day, and Mario Bros 2 was a decent game on it's own right

I don't own a Wii, so I can't play Galaxy. But once I buy one, Galaxy will definitely be the first game I play

Super Mario 64 is really amazing, but it is unfortunate that it had many gameplay issues. Super Mario World would be my personal favorite Mario game when talking about the Platforming genre. World most certainly lasted me for weeks, and I still play it today. Second would be Super Mario Bros. 3 because it really introduced us to a huge game that was loaded with excitement; I still play it today. Super Mario Galaxy would be my third because I really enjoyed its overal concept.
