Any greats you can think of? Just published an article on my website with my top 5: Warriors, Lego Star Wars: The Complete Saga, Spider-Man 2, The Chronicles of Riddick: Escape from Butcher Bay, and of course GoldenEye. But what else is there? Im just intrigued, heard Kung Fu Panda was surprisingly good. What do you think?

Riddick by quite a ways. It is better than both movies.

Just saying, the green lantern game based on the recently realeased movie isn't that bad. It feels like God of War without the violence and smex.

I can't really think of any, but we all know the best game that was based on a movie was GoldenEye 64 and probably will always be the best game based on a movie

In addition to whatever's been said above, I want to add X-Men Origins: Wolverine to the list.

Why has no one said Spiderman 2? It's actually a very fun game. Also, the LOTR: two Towers and Return of the King were good action hack n slash games.

I enjoyed Spy Hunter, which was a pretty strong game. I also enjoyed Neversoft's Spider Man game on fifth generation consoles, not to be mistaken with the one developed for the feature film in 2002.

Yeah, that's a pretty solid game as well. Just needed a little more variety.

Wolverine was surprisingly good / better than expected. I don't know if it counts. But Tie Fighter for the PC. Old school game was pretty awesome for its time. I never cared for flight sims. But I bought a throttle and played the hell out of that game.

Quite easily The Chronicles of Riddick: Escape from Butcher Bay, and to a lesser extent, Assault on Dark Athena. Starbreeze did fantastic things with that universe.

I agree. It's one of my favorites. Just dripping with atmosphere. Dune 2 is also a good game. If you want to add games inspired by movies, L.A. Noire is a great game realization of L.A. Confidential.

The Spongebob Squarepants Movie game for the Gamecube was very fun to play. While the story isn't identical to the movie, it was still enjoyable.

id say riddick it had great elements and a small hand of free roam to some degree didnt rush me threw had side missions and collectibles was great i wasnt big on golden eye abit overrated maybe it was the annoying n64 controller but i do believe riddick is the only good one any movie game seems to be kids games or super heros it's a cycle that gets old.

Ghostbusters the video game was pretty cool, it's a sequel to the movies pretty much, and having grown up loving those movies I have to say the game didn't disappoint.

There was a True Lies game for the SNES that was good. Also that Jurrasic Park game for the SNES was also good. I think Goldeneye 64 is the best though.

I thought King Kong was a great movie game. Full of atmosphere, and I thought it was better than the movie to boot. Very underrated game.

Only one. Goldeneye. 99.999% of all the other movie games are an utter waste of money and time. I dont even know how they make a profit since they all fail and dont sell well.

Actually, movie games in general sell very well. Most of the time, they just aren't very good.

In this gamers opinion, there hasn't been a single game based on a movie that has ever been any good.

The best were IMO Disney games back in the Genesis era, I can still play some lion king and aladdin, worked perfectly fine. But if we talk about newer gens, Wolverine, Toy Story 3, Cars 2 and, if you count it, the new Ghostbuster were pretty decent

I can't think of many at the minute that I have played, but I will say that even though it wasn't particularly based on the movie that it was released alongside as such, but The Punisher for the PS2 was awesome! :)

Blade Runner, it's a point-and-click adventure and it's well made. It really sucks you into the universe and the atmosphere has been captured perfectly. Still have it installed, and will finish it after completing Deus Ex, because I'm in that mood. It was developed by Westwood, notorious for the C&C franchise.
