Assassin's Creed series

I remember when Assassin's Creed was about to release a greek magazine wrote the worst. After its releasing i started to play it and i addicted with its scenario! Now Assassin's Creed series is my best of all time! Although i haven't played Unity yet! My best was Black Flag!

Damn, everbody's talking about Assassins Creed lately......

I saw this thread right after I posted mine. Haha.

I got bored at 3, never made it past the DLC, heard black flag was amazing, and Unity was broken, still just over the whole AC. A new one will be released every year like COD, makes it not worth buying, because by time I am ready to even play it for the second time thru a new one releases.

so whats the deal ?

Did Ubisoft make an announcement or something ?

That person is insane ....... Better Co-Op up my something.... not to mention "fully customizable assassins" WTF? its a story game made around a single individual. This isn't Bioware where they tried making a female sheppard noone played.

What Assassins creed need is to go back to AC 1 and 2 and bring a excellent single player game and then all you freaking co-op and feminists people can go play Masseffect 4 or The Division.

Black Flag. It was awesome.

But I'm sick of Assassin's Creed. Like, the series is dear to me and I love it, but I am sick of it. I wish they would take the time to make a quality game...but they refuse. They will not get any money from me again until they produce something worthwhile again.

Because I love this series, I will not buy Unity, and I will not buy Victory. I will neglect it simply out of love.

i love the AC series, except Liberation and Rogue. Unity is alright

Yea I had a lot of fun playing the AC series over the years. AC2 being my favourite, Black flag second, and then AC Unity. Unity had so much potential. Great setting, likeable main character, graphics were detailed but as we all know it had issues. I still bought it, spent about 30 hours and beat it.. I hope Victory turns out well.

My favorite is Black Flag, followed by the first AC, and then the second. It's an okay series. I haven't bothered with Unity, but I refuse to get anymore AC games for PC after how shoddy Revelations ran for no good reason.

I love the series, even though I think it needs a break. I'm playing Unity and enjoying it so far (best movement, combat, and mission structure of the series by far), but the franchise fatigue is setting in. I'll still get the next one, but no longer am I gonna get too excited for the series. It's like a long-running TV show you like. You still enjoy it as it progresses, but are still hoping for it to end already.

@medafaded: I'm trying to understand your point but really i cant... i mean you can't compare COD with Assassin's Creed. I agree that releasing a COD game every year is something boring and useless. Almost same scenario, war war war war, shoot some people, walk a couple of stages and thats all. But Assassin's Creed... the story, the reality of persons-locations, the historical events, everything is different. Maybe the same gameplay,not at all titles, but everything else is different. So for me i would never get bored from Assassin's Creed series!

Great series. Have you played the new game, Assassin's Creed: Rogue? It's for the PS3 and 360 and released at the same time as Unity. It focuses on an Assassin who turns Templar, and has great tie-ins with Assassin's Creed III and Unity.

i am a fan of the series, but i've skipped Rogue and Unity until they're cheap and patched

Black Flag is really good.

@speedfreak48t5p: Yeah Black Flag was the best for me! I have heard that it has the biggest world map after GTA V! The pirates history, the graphics, the battles... everything was amazing! And i remember when it first came out i was playing 15 hour per day for 2 weeks! Hehehehe!

Playing Assassin's Creed Unity now. While the game definitely doesn't live up to it's predecessors, it's still the Assassin's Creed that all Assassin's Creed games ever wished to be. Though I can't neglect the poor optimization and that horrible LOD that makes AC Unity the most beautiful and the most ugliest game at the same time.
