Ummm ... I love NEW GAME + option in my games very much , where you get to carry over your upgraded stats / weapons / items ( Example : Games as Resident Evil , Mass Effect , Demons Souls ETC ) . Gameplay becomes much easier / shorter and adds a replayable value for me .

How many of you enjoy NEW GAME + ? :)

I absolutely love it. Makes you feel more of a badass going through that additional time.

I think it's a good idea, and I can see the appeal, but I am probably the minority on this site and only play through games once. I just do not have as much time to game anymore and there are so many great games to play through that after I beat the game it goes on the shelf. That being said I'd have loved more games to have the option when I was a kid.

Yeah I enjoy it. Re-beat Chrono Trigger a couple months back and start a NG+ with all the ultimate weapons is hilariously awesome.

I also like how Wild Arms 5 did it. Upon NG+ starting you get double experience from all battles which is nice if ya just wanna play through without worrying about EXP.:P Not to mention your allowed to keep all the school uniform outfits andunlockable outfits of the previous games cast.:D

I love it. If I've beaten a game I'll gladly take the opportunity to start it over with all of the powers/abilities/weapons I finished the game with, maybe play it on a harder difficulty as a result.
I love it i wish Shadows of the damned had it :).TheGuardian03
God yes. It would have been such a simple addition and added so much to the game. As it stands you basically have an interesting experience with no replay value at all.

Love it to death. Since PSO and Diablo days. I guess the main draw is the guarantee of better loot drops in the new game+ cycle as well as your current equipment saving over, so you can upgrade and focus on other pieces of gear.. Although Demon's Souls has a literal infinite amount of playthroughs, the only difference is slightly harder enemies. But I stil think the game is great, just wish it had the amount of loot options such as Diablo 2 on Hell difficulty.

I love it. It feels great playing through game with all the best items so I can scoff at any enemies that made my life difficult throughout the game.

It's a good feature. It definitely changes the game when you start out with the best abilities or weapons.

I like it, but I prefer the World Tarot system found in the PSP remake of Tactics Ogre, the time travel mechanic found in Astro Boy: Omega Factor and the treasure map found in Wario Land 2.

I love New Game +. I first discovered it in Chrono Trigger and loved it. It was fantastic. I wish more games today had it. It's very challenging, especially when you have everything, but you switch the difficulty to the highest and it becomes really challenging. I did this for Vesperia and it was frustrating, but fun as all hell! It was great! :)

Games like Diablo had this years ago, just called it the next difficulty level instead of new game +. It's nice to carry all your stats and gear into a harder version of the game to give you more of a challenge, but it does need to be well balanced. Sacred 2 offered 5 difficulty levels, but within those the monsters would scale progressively higher than you, and the longer you stayed alive the monsters became even stronger.

I do like it, however I don't use the feature in most games because I don't come back for a replay.

Yeah, it's great for trophy hunters because you can continue to accumulate things on more than one playthrough. And it's always fun blasting those level 1 enemies with your level 30 weapons

I have no problem with it, especially since the games it's in usually let you either play new game + or start a completely new game so it's able to be an option rather than a mandatory way to replay the game. Granted, I use it, but for games like ME2 I like to ignore it if I want to start a new game with completely different choices such as being a good or bad Shepard.

I don't know it is the hardest setting. It's supposed to be hard. You can beat it with a new character.

Its the only reason i liked demon souls, because you can get through new game pretty easy without dying.

It's always a nice option to have in a game.

First game I thought of was Demon's Souls. Playing it on NEW GAME + bumps up the difficulty if you don't want to say goodbye to your character just then or if you feel like playing something different, you can. I don't see a downside to it unless one would prefer development time spent on polish or something else.

I am fond of NEW GAME + I think it's a great feature. I'd say my favorite example is "Chrono Trigger" (SNES). I just love being able to have all my items and stats for a second playthrough.

I love it. All rpgs and action/adventure games should have it. It adds so much replay value and it's a very simple addition.
