Anyone know this game??

I remember being in an arcade a few years back and there was this game where you were skateboarding down a street. It was 3d and from the 90s. The "instert coin" cinematic showed one clip of a guy working out in a gym and he recieved a phone call. I've been looking for ages but can't find it. Does anyone know this game or where I could look to find it?
