I was just thinking about it. If you've played RDR2, you'd know the amount of details Rockstar has put into this game. It's literally insane! This is one example

And then it makes me feel like a joke spending the same money on CAll of Duty BO4. The multiplayer literally consists of old maps, same old physics and etc. Kind of annoys me that both are valued at the same price, it's like a disrespect to Rockstar lol

Someone who enjoys CoD might get hundreds of hours of fun playing it. Not me, I wouldn't play it even if it was free but whatever.

@Hydrolex: Attention to detail means little if one doesn't like what RDR2 offers from a gameplay perspective_

Overall depends what games you're into. And I'm guessing you're more into what Rockstar offers. I think both games are very unappealing personally.

Can't go wrong with Call of Duty :)

Plus, I heard lots of great thing on Black Ops 4 saying this is the best Battle Royal game to date and well receive by reviewers alike.

I would go with red dead 2. It has a campaign. Check. First person mode. Check. And it will soon have its own multiplayer. There was a leak it might have a Battle Royal. I'm not sure if they are still rolling with it or not. Also, I'm sure pretty there is going to be zombies. Undead nightmare in the original game was popular.

Two completely different games both arguably can be worth the $60 depending on what you like. So it's tough to answer.

As far as a game that would give you some serious longevity it would probably be RDR2 if GTAV is any indication
