is that the little guy? i think u just have to shoot at him when the flower opens up. Or if its the last boss keep fighting him till u get that special rocket luancher from that girl. I havent played re4 in a long time so i hope this helps or just check the faqs.
Ok, what you need to do is knock him down so he will open his eye up for you to knife it.You dont need powerful weapons in this fight trust me, what i did was use grenades what works fine, you can also shoot the red barrel when hes under it or even use the cranes to slam into him, after you knife his eye about 4 times you will get a cutscene then use the rocket launcher.
