I bought Fire Emblem (not Sacred Stones) used and the previous owner did everything you can possibly do. I want to know if there is a way to completely erase everything on the cart. Most GBA games have a button combo that lets you do that and I was wondering if you can with this game as well.
I'm pretty sure if you start a new game you can overwrite the previous owner's stuff. I think there is also a clear data section. Not sure about button combo clears though. Check the shared board for Fire Emblem for more info.
There is no way to completely delete everything off the cartridge, you can only delete game files (you can't start a new game and just save over files) and the characters for multiplayer
