The best Blue Mage

With all these threads about favorite characters with certain jobs, I figured I'd go ahead and make my own. Who is the best blue mage?

My favorite would have to be Quina from FFIX, I don't really know why, but he/she is.

My vote goes to Strago,

But he only wins by default because I really hate the other 3.
