Motorcycles maybe a very different kettle of fish to cars, but with deep regret I must inform you all that Italian Moto GP rider Marco Simoncelli has died after his crash at the Sepang International Circuit during the Moto GP Malayasian Grand Prix.

Throughout the past few years I've slowly been getting in to MotoGP, but Simoncelli was an absolute star this year. One of the reasons why I would even watch was just to see how well he'd do. Maybe it's ironic, or a good thing, today was one I missed though lack of sleep thanks to a neck problem.

Rest in Peace Marco. Taken too early.

So with all these recent tragedies, no one would be stupid enough to purposely push someone in to a crash, right?
