I, mariostar0001, bring up a case against all of you for daring to take offense when I supposedly insinuated you were idiots!mariostar0001
Before suing Aidan, we will solve this problem first, you actually acted faster than I thought, you will be the plaintiff (if you have a better word PLEASE TELL ME, stupid traducer). Â But you need to have someone specific as the accused, the rest we will need to have two lawyers, one for you and one for the other, a judge, and the rest will form a jury.
So you need to choose someone to accuse (In this case it would be diffamation) and the one you accuse, the rest can pick from the roles. Â The lawyers can do research to help their cases outside of the courtroom. Â So who will you accuse of diffamation Mr. Mariostar0001?

I accuse you, as you were the one to take offense. And I represent myself, mainly because I prefer to represent myself in cases (and am fairly certain I can be a better lawyer than the majority of people here, though I don't mean that as a slight against you even though you'll likely take it that way). And for the record, I've never played a Phoenix Wright game. And finally, Mariostar will do, I've hardly earned the right to be a "Mister" yet. EDIT: And yes, plaintiff would be the proper term, though "accused" also works if plaintiff gets old.Ok then, we have mariostar as the plaintiff and me as the acused, plus apparently we have dogfiend as the judge, we will need people to form a jury and somebody to be my lawyer (if they feel like it, I don't think I need any) and possible witnesses on either sides, and Mariostar, you can go seek your own witnesses, the only thing a witness can't do is lying, it can "omit some details" but it is not allowed to lie.
I think we should be good to start tomorrow, nice :D
I was unware the union had enough strife to justify a thread like this! I thought we were all friends here?! :shock:Courtney817
We are, and friends must be helpful to each other, correcting another one's faulty behavior. Â Like this, we can be friends without harming each other, this is why I decided that we should just talk mariostar, what do you think I did wrong?Â
No that is not entirely true, you said you hope everyone could understand my great explanations of the laws of physics.  Then you said you hoped everyone else could understand it.  Obviously I'm not part of the else, so I asked you if you were calling everyone else idiots.  Then you said yes.  Do not get confused here, I am not here to defend myself, as I was not harmed by your sentence, I am here to defend this whole clan. (I would name everyone but, yeah ... it would be long).

I always do, I also say stuff without thinking, or typing, even if it happens less often on forums, I still do.Â
OBJECTION!
Ace♪Detective is here on the case...whatever the case may be...barring the fact that this is a courtroom...
Anyway, that's besides the point. I have a problem with the size of the font in this union. I'm not quite sure if this is the place to resolve such matters but here goes nothing.
It started about 5 months ago (which was, coincidentally, the rise of the Dar-er, the rinse cycle in my washing machine) when I noticed a minor blip on the corner of my screen. Ordinarily I would blame such an occurrence on my less-than-wonderful operating system (love you Vista!), but I cross-checked the problem on my several different monitors (because in order to perform operations properly, one must have at least 87.34 monitors. It's standard procedure). Anyway, the blip lead to a spot, the spot led to a large splatter, and the splatter led ,as most splatters do, to the dark side.
And that caused the font of the union to turn a lovely maroonolivepurplemagentagreenblueblack color. I know, at first glance that seems a bit odd, but I assure you, it is a most factual statement. I would take a screenshot, but alas! None of my monitors seem to have the capacity to perform that function.Â
Thank you to the members of this courtroom for hearing out my case. That is if this is even a case. Maybe I should have waited to examine the evidence with my attorney. Oh well.Â

We attack the one who did it: Our inactive leader Slyfur! :twisted:mariostar0001
I was actually thinking that "Blue0457 (or whatever)" was behind this. It seems like something s/he would do.Â
Fur would never do something like that to me. I hope. :PÂ
[QUOTE="DrAwesomeMD"]Fur is too busy for us. :cry:Wetty01
From what I saw on her contribution, she isn't inactive, she's just spending more time in another union :(
WE SHOULD SUE HER!!!Â
According to her, there aren't 300 new posts everytime she checks out those other unions.
As much as it pains me to say so, we should really think about replacing her. I'm not familiar with the details, but I know there is a process we can follow to forcibly remove an inactive union leader.
Â
It's right here:
http://www.gamespot.com/forums/topic/25624785/union-leader-transfers?tag=topics%3Btitle
Anyways, from what I read, we can't really do it because, she DOES connect herself, she just doesn't take care of the union :?
What do we do?
Wetty01
Bug her until she does it. ^_^

It doesn't matter if she connects to GameSpot or not. According to that link Michelle posted, we are able to replace a union leader if "the Leader of the Union has not kept their Union active in over 6 months." I know that she has popped in here once or twice this year, but she has definitely NOT done her part to keep the union active. I think we'd be within our rights to replace her.
But........ I guess it wouldn't be fair to just replace her without giving warning, so I guess we COULD let her know that she's about to get the boot unless she comes back on a regular basis. If she doesn't come back, our choice for leader are pretty clear: Aidan129 8)
Or maybe Courtney or Jager if I'm not a popular choice :P
Union members can elect a new Leader if the existing Leader was banned or has not active in the Union for over 90 days.JodyR
Pretty sure Fur hasn't been around for 90 days.
