Wow, slyfur. You're demoting people just because they are going off topic in one board?
Thats kinda of controlling don't ya think? Something like that would actually deter people away from your union, not make them come join.......

You need that element of people going off topic to keep the union alive. Trust me, I do it with my union and it has been going so well ever since. Making people stay on topic for everything and being as controlling as you are right now is really something that you can't do to make your union grow.......:roll:

And as a leader, you really can't threaten to demote people in what it seems like every other post you put on here. Try to be a little more open to what is happening here. Promote conversation. Just sit back and watch your investment grow.
