So, I have US consoles in a non-US region.  Just the way it worked out.

So for the last 4 years I've been only buying PS3, Vita, PC, DS and PSP games locally, because all of the other systems are region locked.  I've imported games that I really could not live without.

After having depleted the local video store of any PS3 games I want in desperation this weekend I asked what thei return policy was (ok to return within 14 days) and decided I had nothing to lose by trying some 360 games (the 360 is semi-region locked, MS left it up to the publishers).

So far, I've tried four games from three different publishers and they all worked no problem.  This will open up a whole swarth of games from this store.

wow... I wonder what the difference is... when the 360 started, I imported about 15 NTSCJ games and none worked :(

Maybe they were more on it when the systems came out and there were more Japanese exclusives.

In any case, I am stoked to be able to use my other HD console again.
