We need a game developers forum.

I really want to have a Game Development forum for the amatuers and so I can ask questions to people who are developing games with software like XNA. And so that other people can show off what work they are doing through pics. You should be able share ideas, prototype sketches,and stuff like that. Who else thinks this is a good idea?
