my problem i'm having is that my profile banner is mia and i can not seem to get it back no matter what i do. my guess is that it is most likely a glitch but i wanted to bring this to the attention of the tech support team. Thank you in advance I'm looking forward to getting this resolved as soon as we can .:D
My tracked games and collection vanished too, this also happened to Carrie who's on my friends list, GregK doesn't seem to be completely affected as he has some of his profile back to normal, maybe he added the things back himself though? Jeff Gertsman lost his games too.
