Updates Number Bug -- Fixed

OK, this is already 2 days since it started.

on the mini profile it says i have 1 update - so i go there ... but there is nothing there.

i know that this is a common bug, so i manually went to every single game i track and there were no new updates...

some people i know have the same bug - some of em have 9 updates and nothing new...

Like when i go there - those news are old - like from June 25th...

And i already had an update notification for them long time ago..

I never actually tried directly clicking on updates so next time I get some I will try that way and see if I get the same problem you guys are getting. I always right click and open another window and never had a problem. The numbers always disappear after I view them too.

yea, opening in New Window doesn't work... in this case... because i guess it is just an error.

In reality there are no news, but it just says there are some...

My "Updates" counter, which appears below my profile name in the top right hand corner of my profile screen, right beside of the "Messages" counter, shows two new updates even after I've viewed them already. The counter isn't being reset on viewing the available updates.

Mine has been stuck on 5 for the last few days.

I went back to see if it was fixed today by checking my updates, and it decremented from 2 (which it was originally stuck on) to 1. It is now stuck on 1 instead of 2.

This is a bug due to some crazy E3 magic. :P

I've fixed the code and sent it into QA. We should have it live a little later on today. Sorry for the confusion.

This has been fixed. It may take up to an hour for your cache to clear. Or you can visit your updates page and that should clear it too. ThanksTeivan
