Whenever I try to create topics in bords like "Gears of War 2" or "Resident Evil 5" it will bring me to a page saying that an error has occured and that I do not have access to create the topic. Why does it say this?
Ah ok, so I posted something on the shared forums that Gamefaqs didn't like so they modded me. Are the TOS for both Gamefaqs and Gamespot the same or are there big differences I might want to know about?

It actually doesn't say I was modded on Gamefaqs, still says I can create topics and such.
