Hello GameSpotters, back again with another list of bugs to report.

Last Weeks Issues:

Top Bug Report:

1.) Video Player Issues:

- The video player is really choppy.

- There is no options when I hover over the fullscreen icon using ie10.

- The video only plays in native ratio and won't even go to 16:9 ratio. I am running windows 7 ultimate and a Mac screen with 1920 x 1080 HD display.

2.) "New Releases" does not currently work as intended. When going to "coming soon" users see a plethora of titles that are irrelevant to core interests.

3.) Signatures not saving.

- "Twice now I've had to re-upload my pictures to my settings - I make a post, my sig does not appear (but does if I refresh) - and if I make an extra tab from a link to my profile when no sig is showing, it shows the standardized profile with no pictures.

Feature Requests:

1.) Bring back the "new posts in thread" indicators.

2.) Limit number of posts quotes back to, or a maximum length to quotation space.

4.) Anyclip commercials should have volume set to off.

Remember that when reporting bugs it is always important to provide as much detail as you are able to. Having screen shots, URL's, and/or examples are some of the best ways for your bug, or feature to be resolved in a timely fashion. And as always, you catch more files with honey than with vinegar. We understand that bugs and missing features are frustrating but being a jerk in your report is well... jerky.

I am very disappointed to see the page that displayed my user review scores has vanished

@DigitalDame: Apart from all the bugs there are some features I'd like to see.

Rather than typing a novel about all of them I'd pick just one for this time :P

The videoplayer currently resizes with the window if I click "enlarge". This is a lovely feature but here's the problem.

It has a maximum size. Why? Why can't it continue to expand with the window it's in. I'm aware I could make the video fill out the entire window but then I can't read the comments.

Suggestion: Remove the maximum video size for the "enlarge" video option and let it expand with the border of the browser window.

I have another minor bug. In the Bug Reporting & Feedback Forum, in some threads, the #of posts in the thread listed there in the posts cell is lower than the actual #of posts in the thread. For example, there were 3 posts on this thread, while it displays 2 in the Bug Reporting &Feedback Forum. As I mentioned, a very minor issue, but should be corrected. Very curious behavior indeed.

edit: I just refreshed said forum and checked again, it said a total of 3 posts. There are other topics where the difference is more than 1, so it is not the "replies" that we're dealing with here. Probably the DB hasn't updated at the time of the refresh. Just FYI.

I had a stacks bug but that was resolved. Now I have a new bug. I see random people's updates in Your Feed, which is supposed to contain updates by me and only me. Why?

Can you elaborate on what you mean by this? If you could provide a screen shot or a url that would be helpful.

A problem I just noticed, related with your newsletter.
I have it configured so that Gamespot sends me an email when someone replies to one of my posts or comments.
Generally, I get an email with the name of the person, a transcription of it's comment, and the tittle of the related post. In the end there is a link - reply - that redirects you to the comments wall, where I could reply.
Well, now it all works, but when I get redirected to the comment wall on gamespot, all the visual indications tell me I'm logged on (avatar pic on top right, black bagrounds I chose) but when I try to post my reply I get redirected to the login page as if I was not logged already.

How is "bring back the old collection style" not on this list? There is a whole thread full of users like myself who can't use the new "stacks" format because we own too many games. Fix this or I'm leaving this site forever, and I won't be alone!

Why when I rate a game does it show up as I wrote a review on my wall? I couldn't quite figure out why reviews written by the staff were being attributed to me on my wall until I recently rated LEGO Marvel Super Heroes. Instead of showing up as a post that I rated the game, as it did prior to this relaunch, it shows up as a post that I wrote a review on the game.

You posted in this thread DigitalDame, but I do not see it. I have seen this repeatedly over the past week if not longer.

The 'last post' gets updated if the thread gets unpinned or closed - doesn't necessarily mean she posted. It might also do it if the original post is edited too.

No, there have been instances of where someone's name is shown as posting 1 minute ago and you open the thread and the previous post was over an hour earlier. For this post, it stated she posted not more than 2 minutes earlier and the last post I see is from 3 hours earlier. DigitalDame's post should have been between mine and the older one, but isn't and this thread wasn't pinned.
