Possible false advertising?

So i just received this email from Green Man Gaming.

If I'm not mistaken GameSpot gave this game a rating of 6? Which is appropriate considering the state of the game.

Am I interpreting the situation wrong or are they trying to use your reputation to sell the game since i'm imagining it's not doing terrific?

yeahh....looks like that quote was pulled from our original review from Mass Effect [2008]. Unfortunately not sure there's a ton we can do about this, but we'll see if we can make them remove the false advertising.

Heh. I wonder if it was intentional on their part.....
