Forum: open in new Tab gives me a 404

Since today I got a weird issue. I usually sit on the Forum overview page to see what the current discussions are: https://www.gamespot.com/forums/

If there is something interessting, I use the mouse wheel to open the thread in a new tab.

This worked until today. Now if I open it in a new tab, I get an 404 error message:

If I instead normally click on the link, it works perfectly fine:

The problem lies in the URL:

Looks like an encoding issue to me.
Any idea why this is? Is this my Chrome screwing up or is this someting on GameSpots end?

I've run into the same problem with Chrome

Edge seems to be okay

Now it works properly again.
