Flagging content not working correctly

I was just doing my part as responsible forum-goer, trying to flag some very obvious spam posts. Turns out, when I went to click on the "Flag" button, the green bar at the top that tells me the content has been flagged does not display, and when I tried reloading the page, it shows the posts remain unflagged. Only after reloading the page, sometimes several times over, and clicking on the "Flag" button again does the flagging system eventually works. It has previously been far more responsive than this. Some sort of bug?

Hi - Is this a consistent error ie: it's still happening to you, or did it only happen once?

It's very consistent. This happened over multiple posts that I tried to flag. I've just now went to flag another post in the Games Discussion forum, and it's the same: clicked "Flag," no green bar, reloaded, post remain unflagged, clicked "Flag" again, finally worked.

I just wanted to chime in and say this is not working for me either; however I do see the green "Content Flagged" bar when flagging a post. When I exit and re-enter the thread, the Flag button is still there, as if I never flagged the post.

Using latest Firefox on Windows 10, if that helps.
