Is there a way to delete our own blog posts and game reviews? I've got stuff on my profile from when I was 13 years old and I'd like to say sayonara to the bad writing of my past life.

Yes, this is a concern I have as well. The only solution I have come up with is to edit the blog or review with placeholder text, which is not a very good solution and would take me weeks to complete.
Yeah, it sucks that you can't delete your own blog entries. Just flag the blog entries you want to get rid of and we'll delete them for you. (Don't worry, there won't be any negative effect on your account due to the flagging)
I'm sorry but this is the best solution we have for this? Even after the site redesign?
That's just not acceptable, Gamespot. There should be a mass delete sign for you entire blog. There should be delete buttons, period - there used to be. What happened to those?
@Ovirew : Hi there Ovirew,
At this time it would seem that this is the best way whole the staff work to get them in when they can get to it. The Staff right now is working hard on fixing alot of Bugs that you wouldn't even believe. As in we don't even know ourselves as Moderators. Yes it was a oversight in my opinion that we don't have them but, there isn't much that we can do until the staff has the chance to get the Developers to code them in
So at this time yes this is the Best Solution

@korvus:
Everytime I try to flag my blog entries it resets as I switch to page 2 and 3, so my settings aren't being saved.
@ObeseChipmunk: Weird; send me a PM with the links to the blog entries you want to get rid of and I'll do it manually.
@ObeseChipmunk: Flagging doesn't automatically delete anything; it gets sent to a queue where a moderator needs to decide whether to delete or not. I was just at the queue and saw several of your blog entries there (flagged by yourself) and deleted them so please check if there's still any entries you want to get rid of and flag those too =)
@korvus: Speaking of bugs , Korvus you had promised me to check with your colleagues the existence of the quote button on the mobile site ,remember ?!(I bet you don't !)
So what happened ? Is it really missing ?And if yes, have you guys got any plans to bring it to mobile site ?
@elkoldo: Hey, I didn't forget I promised to look into it, but I thought I had sent you a PM about it; my bad ^_^
And no, the button isn't there and I doubt it's intended, but haven't gotten an answer from the "tech guys", so I'll give it another push.
Thank you for reminding me and sorry it slipped my mind (had several people asking me about it, guess I didn't PM everyone XD)
@korvus: Oh I see :) You know it would be much better if it was intended for mobile site too, 'cause it happens a lot when you're on phone, and absolutely need to quote people but you don't have access to a desktop computer.(Tell this to the tech dudes! It can convince them! )
Thank you for looking into this and never mind forgetting the p.m ;)
@elkoldo: I'll pass it along. I'll also drop the hint that you know where they live. (didn't receive a notification that you had replied to me; you can't catch a break! XD)
OK good thing I found this thread, this is a question I've been wanting to ask too, because there are several old, cringe worthy blogs I'd like to delete. I just went ahead and flagged them all. They'll get removed for sure right?
Wish there was a delete button, but this is a fine alternate.
Hopefully there will be a delete button for your own blogs in the long run, just need to make do until the devs get around to sorting out the permissions code, etc so that users can delete their own blogs without allowing them to delete everyone else's as well.
