Can't change email address gender required wth

I can't change my email address I keep getting an error that says, gender required. The things is my gender is already that there listed as male. I would put a screen shot in here but it makes it too big.

I get this error, too. It happens in the gamespot.com Account Settings. When I try to change my e-mail, I receive such error message

Errors:

Gender is required

I can't believe they still haven't fixed this. I had to write a Greasemonkey script just to change my address. As a bonus, if you've changed your gender, it allows you to update your profile to reflect that ^_^

I still don't see a way to change my password. The only link I can find is for a "reset password via e-mail" option. Sheesh. I guess I have no choice but to write customer support after all.

Anyway, here's the script I used, in case anyone cares:

carpediem2011, since I'm not web programmer, can you tell me how to fix it step by step? We'll spend all night, if we wait for them to fix it...

Same problem "gender required." Yet the gender option is greyed out? Can you fix this plz?

Are you getting this error with the Fuse settings page or the GameSpot one? Whichever one is giving you issues, try the other and see if it works there.silentexistence
