Really Gamespot? You're burying unlabeled advertising in the news feed now? Don't you legally have to label this?

The below image shows no disclaimer whatsoever until you've opened it. It appears to be a normal news article.

If you go into the article it says "paid content", but I agree, the link itself or the headline should include a disclaimer because by the time you click on it I imagine they got their money.

Again, and with one of the most notoriously sleazy advertisers out there. Notice you are labeling the sponsored "article" in the lower right as an ad, as you are required to.
