adding games to collection...

dear admin,

im trying to add pro evolution soccer 2008 a rating and add it to my collection. however, because the game hasnt been released yet in the states i cant do any of the above things. i had the same issue with mario strikers. what im hoping you can do is change it if possible, because im sure it would be very helpful to my bretheren across the pond who are interested in the game and want information from their fellow gamers. i mean there is a whole wide world outside of the states who already have the game(dont flame me for this im american). plus, i want it in my collection ;). thanks!

If you are across the pond why are you using GS US:? That is your problem right there in a nutshell. It comes out today in the UK.

I know, I tried the gamespot.co.uk option already, still the same issue. btw im in italy, not uk and those crazy italians let me have the game yesterday. well, in any case i guess ill just wait the issue out. thanks for your help.

i mean im just saying that its a bit unfair that when a game is released in the states and not availble here in europe the option is there to rate it. however when the situation is reversed, we have to wait on our hands untill the states receives their version.hattyporter

I see your point which is why I originally thought this was gonna be some type of request to let you rate/review/add to collection thread as an enhancement idea.

Right now since the main GS is US based if it has a release attached to a title it will be the default official release. Now usually you can get by this if AU or UK releases it early by going to their GS site.

I know, I tried the gamespot.co.uk option already, still the same issue.
