A GameSpot Enhancement

Recently, a GameSpot User tried to post a fun topic on a gaming board. They were modded for posting off-topic, and had no where to put the topic. My point is that there should be a Social Board for BIG gaming boards such as the Super Smash Brothers Brawl Board. That is the most anticipated game for 2008, and many users will want to post things about the game whether on-topic or off. I am asking if the users here will sign a petition for the sake of fun topics. Below, I will provide a list of who has signed the petition so far including myself.

1. This topic isn't off topic. It clearly states that an enhancement for Gamespot would be to have a Social Board for a Big Gaming Board so users can post things they wouldn't normally be allowed to post on a Gaming Board.

Please understand I know that you were trying to help, but your reply had nothing to do with what I was trying to ask.

Social board? GameFAQs has those for most popular games. Brawl probably has one.

You can't access them from GameSpot though, so you'll have to log into GameFAQs if you want to access them.

i don't think it will be a good idea to have those social boards here on GS

and the reference Dj-Dark-1 gave you has a lot to do with the game listen to epople with higher levels than you they are more experiencd and they know what they say.

And if you want a board like that then just become a Total access subscriber and make a UCB and use it as a Social board.

^First of all, I guess this topic isn't working out. Second, I may be a level 3 right now, but on Gamefaqs I'm almost level 31. That's pretty high if you didn't know. So far, the only real difference I've seen in lower and higher users is that higher users know the TOU better. It's not like a lower user knows less than others on the site; just possibly the TOU. Since Gamefaqs and Gamespot have almost nearly the same Message Board rules, I think I already the the TOU. Thank you to the people trying to help, and I will soon close this topic.1j12

31 isn't that high since I am 32 on GF and I stopped going there every day in December of 2001. BTW, you can't close this but if you want me to I can.
