Because believe it or not, the mod team isn't some omnipotent hive-mind that sees everything that happens 24/7. That's why we rely on users to report when it happens. By the way--just because other people do it doesn't mean it's OK for you to do so.
This is now your third--and final--thread regarding this. I've politely told you the reason for the thread closure if the first one. You then made a second thread calling out another user, which is also not permitted. Now you've made this one with basically an argument that is equal to "other people do it." It's time to let it go.
Please note that any more threads on this will will result in a strike, and a suspension.
