I purchased this game back on day 1 when it was launched. I still have my product key. When i try and log in with my account or recover the password it tells me there is no active account. I have contacted customer support and they told me to start a live chat with someone. When i try and use their services it request my playid which I have no idea what that is. Their email services take a very long time to answer. Was kind of hoping someone on here had the same issue as me and had some sort of answer for.
