This CGI film will satisfy all of your needs with loads of amazing sword fights and a perfect storyline.
Set two years after the events of Final Fantasy VII, Cloud now leads a solitary life traveling the planet as a transporter. The office of Strife Delivery Service is located in 7th Heaven, which also functions as an orphanage for children stricken with Geostigma. Meanwhile, three new enemies make an appearance in Advent Children. Kadaj, their leader, is in his teens, while Yazoo and Loz are known to be in their twenties. In them, Cloud sees shadows of FFVII's fallen hero, Sephiroth. The three are after "Mother" and refer to Cloud as their "Brother". Having obtained Jenova's head, their purpose appears to be to start another Reunion. Vincent Valentine suspects that with Jenova's cells, they may even be able to create another Sephiroth.
This movie is full of FFVII characters, such as Cloud, Sephiroth, Vincent, Tifa, Reno, Rude, Aerith, Barret, Cait Sith, Cid, Red XIII, Yuffie, Tseng, and featuring new villains Kadaj, Loz, and Yazoo.
Even Zack Fair, Cloud's long-time friend who was killed by Shinra for the suspicion of being a traitor. But what Zack actually did was stop Sephiroth who was planning to take over the world by reviving his mother, Jenova. Zack hurt Sephiroth rather largely, and Cloud managed to finish him off by throwing him into electrical equipment inside of a laboratory after Zack could fight no longer.
Cloud goes through many conflicts such as keeping his family together, stopping Kadaj's gang, saving the children who have been brainwashed by Kadaj, curing everyone of the Geostigma, and stopping Kadaj from creating another Sepiroth.
Even if you aren't a fan of Final Fantasy (like me), you will love this movie. I actually dislike all FF's except for VII, and this movie turned out to be one of my favorites of all time. This movie should be worth a lot more than what the average price tag says.
